Started a story on one computer, is there any way I can resume editing it on a different computer? All I get an option for is to start a new story. (Original story titled The howling night, under diary or journal). Is there anyway to link it to my account, so that I can find it easier?

Edit:  Also how do I resume a story I started writing but didn't finish (different untitled story)?  Thanks
